Day 01: Mahabalipuram
Met upon arrival at Chennai. Thereafter,
drive to Mahabalipuram - a major World Heritage
Site recognized by UNESCO. Upon reaching
Mahabalipuram, check into hotel and spend the
night there.
Day 02: Mahabalipuram

Mahabalipuram. Visit historically important
monuments like Varaha Cave, Arjuna's Penance,
Mahishamardini Cave, Shore Temple and Sculpture
Museum. All these monuments are excellent

Day 03: Kanchipuram
Today we will embark upon an excursion to the
sacred city of Kanchipuram, famous for its
magnificent temples - the architectural splendors
of the Dravidian era. Return to the hotel for
night stay.
Day 04: Pondicherry
Today we will drive you to Pondicherry, en
route visiting the famous Gingee Fort. Check into
hotel upon reaching Pondicherry - the former
French colony. Later, visit Auroville Ashram,
French War Memorial and the Aayi Mandapam. Return
to the hotel and spend the night.
Day 05: Chidambaram
Drive to the cities of Chidambaram,
Gangaikondacholapuram, and Darasuram, famous for
the magnificent temple architecture. Afterwards,
check in at a hotel in Tanjore and spend the night
there.
Day 06: Trichy
Enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Tanjore,
wherein you will visit Srirangam and Jambukeshwara
Temple among other architectural splendors. In the
evening we will drive you to
Trichy/Tiruchirapalli. Check in and stay overnight
at hotel.
Day 07: Trichy
The day starts with a trip to Nartamalai,
Cittinnavasal, and the famous Jain cave temples,
adorned with mural paintings belonging to the 6th
century AD. Return to Trichy in the evening and
spend the night at the hotel.
Day 08: Madurai
Set out for Karaikudi and visit Chettinad
Palace, the oldest surviving monument of Chettinad
architecture. Later, drive to Madurai - home to
the world-famous Meenakshi Temple. Check in at a
hotel and stay overnight.
DAY 09: Madurai
Today, we will take you full-day sightseeing
tour of Madurai temples, noted for their rich
cultural heritage. Visit Meenakshi Temple and
Thirumalai Nayak Palace among others. Retire to
the hotel for the night.
DAY 10: Kanyakumari
Drive to Kanyakumari - the southernmost tip of
India at the confluence of the Arabian Sea, Bay of
Bengal and Indian Ocean. Later, visit the
Vivekananda and Gandhi Memorials and the famous
statue of Thiruvalluvar.
DAY 11: Kovalam

India. Thereafter, head towards Kovalam and check
into a hotel upon reaching. Spend overnight.
DAY 12: Kovalam

locales. Return to the hotel for night stay.
DAY 13: Cochin
Proceed for Cochin in the morning, and on the
way, enjoy a 3-hr backwater cruise on a motor
boat. After reaching Cochin, check in at hotel and
enjoy a traditional Kathakali dance performance in
the evening. Spend the night at the hotel.
DAY 14: Cochin
Embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of
Cochin - the historic city of ports and harbors.
Retire to the hotel at night.
DAY 15: Ooty
Drive to the scenic destination of Ooty,
popularly referred as the "Queen of Hill
Stations". You can also avail the Nilgiri Mountain
Rail from Coonoor to reach Ooty. Upon reaching,

DAY 16: Mysore
Today we will drive to Mysore - the ancient
city of palaces, gardens and temples. On reaching
Mysore, check in at hotel and later visit the
grand Mysore Palace. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 17: Mysore
Embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of
Mysore. Visit major places like the Chamundi
Hills, Srirangapatnam, Brindavan Gardens and
Lalitha Mahal Palace which showcase the rich
culture and heritage of the town. Return to hotel
at night.
DAY 18: Belur - Halebid -
Hassan
Drive to the temple towns of Belur and
Halebid, boasting of marvelous specimens of
Hoysala architecture. Later, proced to Hassan and
spend the night at a hotel.
DAY 19: Hospet
Today we will take you to Hospet, the site of
the medieval Vijaynagar Empire. Check into a hotel
and stay overnight.
DAY 20: Hampi
Drive to Hampi - another World Heritage Site
recognized by UNESCO. Return to the hotel and
spend overnight.
DAY 21: Hampi
