Day 01: Cochin

tour manager And you will be transferred to
Cochin Hotel later proceed for a local tour of
Cochin Kochi is probably Kerala's most famous
city. it has Fort Cochin built by the
Portuguese on an island offshore that seems to
be pulled straight out of the 16th century
with narrow, winding, canal-lined streets, 500
year-old Portuguese houses, cantilevered
Chinese fishing nets lining the northwest
shore of the island then visit Bolghatty
Palace, Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue etc

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar
Morning have breakfast and then check out
hotel and drive to Munnar. Munnar is situated
at a distance of 70 km from Idukki is 1600
meter above the sea level. This hill station
was once the summer resort of the erstwhile
British Government in South India. Sprawling
tea plantations, picture-book towns, winding
lanes and holiday facilities make this a
popular resort, On arrival Munnar check in
resort and rest of the day is free and over
night stay at Munnar
Day 03: Munnar
Morning have breakfast at hotel and then
proceed for a local tour of Munnar Visit
Pothamedu, Devikulam, Pallivasal, Nyayamakad,
Chithirapuram, Mattupetty Lake and dam etc and
over night stay at Munnar resort
Day 04: Munnar - Periyar
Morning have breakfast and then check out
Munnar resort and drive to Periyar On arrival
Periyar check in hotel. Periyar, also known as
Thekkady is best known for its wildlife, is a
must-see for all visitors to Kerala. The
Periyar Lake lies at the heart of the
sanctuary, which is a veritable paradise for
all wildlife lovers. Evening visit The Periyar
Lake for boating and over night stay at
resort.
Day 05: Periyar - Kumarakom
Morning have breakfast and then check out
Periyar resort and drive to Kumarakom 10 km
from Kottayam): A voyage north of Alappuzha
takes you to the rich green, sleepy little
village of Kumarakom on the Vembanad Lake .Kumarakom
is an enchanting picnic spot. And also know as
Paradise for Honeymooners .later proceed to
visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary And Kumarakom
back waters also known as Jewels of Kerala and
over night stay at Kumarakom
Day 06: Kumarakom (Backwater cruise) -
Alleppey
Morning have breakfast at Kumarakom backwater
resort by 12.00 noon you will be transferred
to Deluxe House boat .House boat will directly
to come to Kumarakom backwater resort to pick
you and then proceed for a 24hrs backwater
cruise covering Kumarakom and alleppey
backwaters Houseboat is of excellent
construction and luxurious furnishing with
exquisite flooring, hull and valavara
(canopy). They are in top cruise worthy
condition. With a sun deck, spacious living /
dining area. With attached toilets. Houseboat
is usually manned by a crew, comprising a

Day 07: Alleppey

house boat will reach Alleppey Check out house
boat and transferred to Alleppey resort.
Alleppey or Alappuzha is also known as the
"Venice of the East" it's was here that
traders from across the seven seas came in
search of black gold and souvenirs. Alappuzha
or Alleppey is also home to Kuttanad, the rice
bowl of kerala, one of the very few places in
the world where farming is done below sea
level .later proceed for a local tour of
Alleppey and over night stay at Hotel.
Day 08: Alleppey - Cochin
Morning has breakfast at hotel and then in the
afternoon you will be transfer to Cochin
airport to board your flight to onward
destination
