Divinity is initiated in "Kailash Manasarovar
Yatra" with arrival in Katmandu - the capital
city of Nepal, where deities mingle with the
mankind. A visit to the most dominant temple 'Pashupatinath'
with many others equally significant temples
are of great merit. This primordial temple
enshrines faith of millions of Hindus
throughout the world as Lord Shiva's sacred
residence. A spiritual atmosphere is
maintained throughout the trip.
A briefing with experts on the second day,
will prepare you for the ultimate journey to
the most sacred of all pilgrimages, the
Kailash - Manasarovar. Rest of the evening is
for the preparation and inspection of the
equipments that are needed for the journey.
The next day is the departure from the hotel,
you cross the Nepal- border and arrive in the
Tibetan town called "Nyalam" (3750m). Yatries
overcome their exhaustion from 7 hrs drive and
abrupt altitude gain with the hospitality of
our experienced staffs - which will take care
of your needs. Next day will be pretty normal
- no movement, so that you can rest and
acclimatize with the altitude and extreme
weather conditions. For emergency, our crew
will carry oxygen, PAC (Portable Altitude
Chamber) and other alternative as a measure to
ensure your safety.
After attending at the altitude, you will
start to feel better and enjoy more of journey
towards the Holy Kailash. The day from Paryang
makes everyone impatient, as this is a long
awaited day of first 'Darshan' of Sacred
Kailash and Manasarovar. Next two days are for
Parikrama of Manasarovar. Then you are ready
for the Kailash Parikarama. Yaks and helpers
could be provided for the Parikrama. The
yatris face glow with happiness that they have
now covered the journey they only dreamt
about. You can carry back sacred memories in
form of stones, pebbles and water from the
Manasarovar lake to your less fortune friends
and relatives.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
On your arrival in Kathmandu, our
executives will receive you at the airport
and will transfer you to the hotel.
Kathmandu, the capital and cultural center
of Nepal, serves as the gateway for
travelers descending on the country.
Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu

After breakfast, embark on a
sightseeing tour of Kathmandu including
the Durbar Square, Pashupatinath temple,
Bodhnath stupa and the Royal Palace. The
Durbar Square offers a glimpse of the
culture and history of Nepal. With a
history going back to the 400 A.D, the
Pashupatinath Temple is regarded the most
sacred Shiva temple in the world. It is a
UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
Located 7 km from Kathmandu, the massive
Bodhnath stupa is the largest stupa in
Nepal. Return to the hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 03: Kathmandu/ Nyalam
Drive from Kathmandu to the small
Tibetan town of Nyalam located at a height
of 3750m. The journey of 150 km takes
around 8-9 hours. This sleepy border town
of Nepal boasts of lush verdant forests
all around. Overnight stay at hotel in
Nyalam.
Day 04: Yak Kharkha
After breakfast proceed from Nyalam to
Yak Kharkha located at a height of 4675 m.
It will take 8-9 hrs to cover the distance
of 240 km. Overnight stay in camps.
Day 05: New Dongba
Drive from Yak Kharkha to New Dongba
situated at an altitude of 4500m. The 160
Km journey through mountainous terrain
will take 6-7 hrs. Rest in camps for the
night.
Day 06: Mayumla Phedi
In the morning drive from New Dongba
to Mayumla Phedi located at a height of
4500m. The distance between the two places
is 210 km. The journey is an exciting one
with snow-capped mountains rising all
around the landscape. Overnight stay in
camps.
Day 07: Mansarovar
After the customary breakfast, drive
from Mayumla Phedi to Manasarovar situated
at a height of 4560m. Mansarovar is
located 120 km from Mayumla Phedi. Rest
for the night in the camp.
Day 08: Mansarovar - Darchen
Embark on a Mansarovar tour by Jeep.
The itinerary will include the Chui Gompa.
After that drive to Darchen located at an
altitude of 4560 m. Overnight stay at
hotel/guest house in Darchen.
Day 09: Darchen - Dira Puk
In the morning drive to Darchen
Traboche. It is the starting point of the
Kailash Parikrama Yatra to be traversed on
foot. From here you will trek towards Dira
Puk located 12 km away at an altitude of
4775 m. Overnight stay in camps.
Day 10: Dira Puk - Zuthul Puk
Start your trek early in the morning
to Zuthul Puk located at a height of
4700m. The 22km long trail passes through
the Dolma La Pass (5650 m). During the
10-11 hr journey you will be treading on
treacherous mountain path. Move to camps
to retire for the night.
Day 11: Zuthul Puk - Manasarovar
Lake (Hor Qu)
After breakfast begin the 14 km trek
to the lake Mansarovar at Hor Qu.
Geographically the lake falls in the Tibet
region of China. The Mansarovar Lake and
Mount Kailash are sacred pilgrimages for
thousands of Hindu devotees who take the
famous Mansarovar yatra. Mount Kailash is
regarded the abode of Lord Shiva. Pilgrims
bathe in the lake waters to purge
themselves of the sins. The yatra ends
here.
Day 12: Manasarovar Lake - Mayumla
Bid adieu to the idyllic surroundings
and drive from Hor Qu to Mayumla Phedi.
The 120 km journey should take 6-7 hrs.
Overnight stay in Camp.
Day 13: Mayumla - New Dongba
Drive from Mayumla Phedi to New Dongba.
You will cover the 210 km route in 7-8
Hrs. Retire to camp for overnight stay.
Day 14: New Dongba - Yak Kharka
After breakfast leave New Dongba for
Yak Kharka (4675m). You will need 5-6 hr
to travel the 160 km journey. Overnight
stay in Camp.
Day 15: Nyalam

Drive from Yak Kharka to Nyalam
(3750m) located 240 km away. You will
journey for 6-7 Hrs. Overnight in Camp.
Day 16: Nyalam - Kathmandu
In the morning drive downhill to
capital Kathmandu. The 150 km journey will
take 8-9 hrs. Stay at the hotel for the
night.
Day 17: Kathmandu
Transfer to airport for your onward
journey.
