Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Today you will explore the monuments and marvels of the New and Old Delhi on a full day sightseeing tour. Visit Lotus Temple, Rashtrapati Bhavan, India Gate, Raj Ghat, Connaught Place, Humayun's Tomb, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and Qutub Minar. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

 

Day 3: Delhi - Agra

Highlight: Sightseeing and Taj Mahal in Agra
Transfer to the railway station to board the Shatabadi Express leaving for Agra. On arrival in Agra, immediately move to the hotel and check into your room. After breakfast and refreshments, proceed on a sightseeing tour. Visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Akbar's Tomb, and Itimad-ud-Daulah. The evening is free for shopping and recreational activities. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Agra.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur

Highlight: The Ruined Fort City of Fatehpur Sikri
Today you will drive to Jaipur in the morning. Arrive in the Pink City and check in at the hotel. Post lunch visit City Palace, Royal Observatory and Ram Niwas Gardens. In the evening, walk down to the ancient markets and shop for souvenirs and curios. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur Highlight: Elephant Ride at Amber Fort Today you will check out the spectacular Amber Fort and its many palaces and courts after an elephant ride or a walk along the ramparts. Later in the day, visit Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple, Jaigarh Fort, and Nahargarh Fort. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur. 

Day 6: Jaipur - Udaipur

Highlight: Sightseeing in the 'City of Lakes and Palaces'
Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Udaipur. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Check into your room and relax. After refreshments, proceed on a sightseeing tour. visit City Palace, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari, and Jagdish Temple. After lunch, go on a brief tour of the 15th century Kumbhalgarh fort and the temples of Eklingi and Nagada. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 7: Udaipur

Highlight: Excursion to Ranakpur
Today you will go on a day trip to Ranakpur famous for the ancient Jain temples built purely from white marble and elaborately festooned in the most delicate of mirror works seen at that time. Later in the evening, indulge in walks to the colorful Udaipur bazaars, boat cruises and other water activities at the picturesque Lake Pichola, or shop at Shilpgram crafts village for souvenirs. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 8: Udaipur - Aurangabad

Highlight: Excursion to Ajanta and Ellora Caves
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Aurangabad. On arrival, check in at the hotel and refresh. Today you go on a full day excursion to the World Heritage sites of Ajanta and Ellora Caves famous for their rock cut monolithic Hindu temples and Buddhist monasteries. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Aurangabad.
